This means I'm definitely willing to talk about your idea and possibly accept depending on my schedule! I've had a lot of inquiries so I'm currently only accepting a commission or two at a time. If I can't accept your commission right now, when my schedule permits, I'll reach out at a later date and accept your commission if you're still wanting to commission me! We can talk through DM on Instagram about your idea! (sometimes insta doesn't notify me when I receive messages so feel free to send another message any time!) <3

♥ Terms of Service ♥
✧ You must be 18+.
✧ I accept Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp! FULL COMMISSION FEE IS DUE UP FRONT ♥♡♥(ꈍᴗꈍ)ε｀*)♥♡♥
✧ My turnaround time is somewhat slow; I'm juggling my online business, convention vending, tattooing, personal health, marketing, and resting all by myself! Therefore, I ask that you allow ~1-4 months of time for me to complete your commission. If theres a deadline, I must know before you commission me! If I can plan to reach the deadline, I'll happily accept!
✧ If I'm able to accept your commission, I will contact you with a price for your piece! After you confirm the price, you may send me the payment and I'll get started on a sketch for you! When the sketch is approved, I’ll begin the painting process! Once the piece is finished, I'll need you to provide me an email address to send the full resolution files to!
✧ I may not accept your commission order due to schedule conflicts or for the fact that your idea may not work the best with my style/subject matter. Please don't take it personally! <3
♥ Commission info ♥
✧ I specialize in drawing women because I absolutely adore them! I currently don't draw men as it doesn't align with my artistic vision! Please keep this in mind!
✧ Pinup and NSFW is what I do most, but I adore creating art of anything feminine! if you have further questions regarding the subject matter, let's discuss it! ✧ Your commission won’t be a specific size by default, I choose the canvas size based on the composition of the artwork! If you want or need a specific size, please let me know while we discuss the details of your idea <3
✧ Other canvas info: 300 DPI, .PNG file (unless you specify a different file format), and the final artwork will be sent to you with and without a background!
♥ What I Offer ♥
✧ There two different commission types I offer: personal use commissions and commercial use commissions!
Personal Use is for you, for your friends, family etc. They are for you to have and to not profit off of. You cannot reproduce, distribute, sell or claim ownership of my artwork. If you'd like a print of your commission, I can print and ship it to you for an extra cost. Once the commission is finished, you may not alter the illustration (changing details, adding/removing elements, drawing over, etc.)
Commercial Use would be if you want to use the illustration for profit, like for a business logo, mascot, or if you for example wanted to sell stickers/apparel of the design I'd make for you!
You will receive royalty-free commercial rights to the piece I create. Your commission price will be based on use of commission. I have the rights to all commercial pieces I produce. Final illustration will have my signature. The listing to the item(s) that have my artwork must credit me in the descriptions. I have the right to turn down this option based on circumstances.

♥ Talking About Your Idea ♥
✧ I prefer to chat through instagram DM as its very accessible for me and easy to reach you! Sending work in progress updates is very easy to do for me as well.
✧ Provide as much reference as you can! The more the better! I'd like you to think about your preferences and requests towards:
Poses, Body Type, Outfits, Colors, Makeup, Jewelry, Personality, Aesthetic, and if possible; to describe your vision in a few words! If you can gather images for me, PLEASE DO!! Don't feel like it's too much! I mean it when I say the more the better lol. Any form of reference is acceptable <3
♥ Process ♥
✧ I will send updates of the process at every notable progress point, that way you can direct me with any changes you may want to keep the project going how you'd like!
✧ I ENCOURAGE any changes you may want! I'm here to make your vision come to life and I wish to provide you more than you could've imagined! Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like and be comfortable with directing me throughout the process! Please understand that VERY MAJOR reworks far into the commission process may add an extra fee but I will disclose that while you request said change.
♥ Rights of Use ♥
✧ I retain all rights to the illustrations I create for both personal and commercial use
✧ I reserve the rights to post the finished commission to my social media and my portfolio
✧ My signature will be on all illustrations! Please do not remove it! <3
♥ Refunds ♥
✧ If wish to cancel your commission, a refund may be available under certain circumstances:
♥ If we haven't begun, you may receive a full refund.
♥ If we have begun, you may receive a partial refund based on how far into the commission process we are. Refunds will NOT be available if the illustration is completed.
♥ I may refund commissions at any time! I have never had to do this however so it's extremely unlikely that I'd need to. Refunds due to my own reason will be refunded in full and accompanied by reason.
TOS may be edited/changed at any given time.
